Positive: Loved all the updates

Cape coral review Positive: The quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Negative: Cold, cold, COLD, pool. Paid for a pool for 2 weeks and couldn't even get in to use it. Blackstone and gas grill weren't cleaned. Couldn't use. Filthy . Went to open sliding door, window came out of frame. Very dangerous. Main bathroom sink plugged. We had to buy draino. Handle in the kitchen sink broken the entire time we were there. It just falls off in your hand. This house needs a lot of work. And it could really be a gold mine. Currently, not very clean. Under beds and sofas was ALOT of dirt. We love to open the doors to the lanai and windows with the soft winds, but the bugs and dirt flew in. However, there is a sweeper.... The fence is also falling over in the yard

Nice place but confusing. Negative: Check out time is quite confusing. Booking site shows a check out time of 11am, while the info sheet on the property shows a check out time of noon. Then the day prior to check out I receive a text saying check out time is 10am. Sent the hosts a message about the conflicting times but never received a response.

Positive: Es war genügend Platz für alle. Es gab viel Ausstattung wie z.b Strandzubehör, Pool Zubehör und Handtücher für Pool oder Strand und auch Spiele für die Kinder Negative: Der Feuerplatz draußen war leider von den Vormietern voller Müll zurückgelassen worden

Positive: It was all good, hosts were very quick answering my questions Negative: The pool was brilliant but following a rain storm we were unable to fully enjoy it due to flies as there was no screen around it. Wouldn't put me off returning
